In this workshop we will examine the biomechanics of ‘power spins’ and ‘power moves’. We will learn how to create the right momentum, how to play with it and how to build on it – always adapted to the given level.
A skill level of handspring and shouldermount is recommended to participate in the workshop.

You can expect short, intense combos, drops, static rotations, detailed explanations of all of these, technical breakdowns and gradual build-up.
This class is for those who want to understand and feel how power works on the pole.
The class material is always of a difficulty level appropriate to the participants’ existing technical knowledge!
