Notification of competitors selected for the competition based on video submissions.

Entry deadline for competitors selected for the competition, as well as performers of the Free Creative Space.
Submission of the entry form and payment of the entry fee
Solo category: HUF 33,000 / category / participant
Group category (2+): HUF 22,000 / category / participant
2 of April 2026 (by midnight)*
Publication of the performance order.
5 of April 2026 (by midnight)*
Until the feedback deadline, competitors may report any errors or typos, and submit requests regarding the performance order.
30 of April 2026 (by midnight)*

* The application becomes valid only upon payment of the participation (application/entry) fees.
* Receipt of the entry/participation fee together with the submission of the application form secures the competitor’s place.
* Application fees are non-refundable.

The selected music in MP3 format, submit to music@poleandaerialart.com, named according to the following scheme:

Eg.: AMATEUR_Hoop_Junior 3_team_Julia Kiss_Cathy Grand
❗If the music file is uploaded with a different or incomplete name than the above format, the application will not be considered valid.❗
❗If the submitted Artistic Theme does not meet the requirements specified in the regulations, or its length exceeds the maximum number of characters specified (300-500 characters), the organizer has the right to modify the description in order to make it comply.❗
