The application becomes valid upon payment of the entry/application fee.
Receipt of the entry/application fee and the application form together guarantee the place of the competitor.

The selected music in MP3 format, submit to music@poleandaerialart.com, named according to the following scheme:
Category_Equipment_Age group_Individual/Team_Name/Names
Eg.: AMATEUR_Hoop_Junior 3_team_Julia Kiss_Cathy Grand
❗If the music file is uploaded with a different or incomplete name than the above format, the application will not be considered valid.❗
❗If the submitted Artistic Theme does not meet the requirements specified in the regulations, or its length exceeds the maximum number of characters specified (300-500 characters), the organizer has the right to modify the description in order to make it comply.❗
